CAS framework completed and FTP'd

Work has finished on the creation of the CAS framework. IT LOOKS GREAT! Massive thanks to Stacy for all her help with it. Filling in the content now. Should be completed by the end of the week. Then it goes live. Phase 3 of implementation will then begin... I am very exited to bring you the completed site. I hope you will like it, and use it as much as i do :) Knowledge Wisdom Understanding.
